Hi Andrew!

I have lived, eaten and cooked from my hometown of Vancouver all through my time in grad school in Ohio and various teaching gigs around the US and NYC all pre-podcast era! I am so happy to have found you through your interview on Serious Eats/Special Sauce. Anyway, I love the world of food podcasts and I find you in such great streamed company/circulation at the caliber of Special Sauce, Good Food, Milk Street and David Chang. Thank you so much for bringing the world of chefs to Halifax, Nova Scotia. We have some amazing restaurants and chefs here too, but I am glad to have this interesting take on the mind of chefs via a different angle. Thanks for being so thoughtful.

Favourite Presenter and Podcast

First off, I’m not in the industry, but I love food. I love this podcast so much and I would recommend it to anyone, in the industry or not! It’s insightful, captivating, well presented and the questions asked and answered give a vast insight into the show guests and into the profession itself. Well done Andrew, keep it up! Can’t wait for more

Can’t Get Enough

This is truly a podcast for industry professionals. It has filled the void left by the end of Chef’s Story by Dorothy Cann Hamilton earlier this year. Andrew’s interviews are simple, straightforward, intriguing, honest, and entertaining. The only thing that would make it better would be if there was a new show everyday, but we don’t want to drive Andrew into a burnout do we? Keep up the amazing work and thank you for making my commute so much more enjoyable!
