So many insights provided in a succinct and relatable way!

I just finished the episode with Nicole and Brenda and thoroughly enjoyed it. Brenda and Nicole touched on many different concepts related to the inner critic and where it comes from, and Brenda’s insights were explained in a way that made them easy to stick! “Fake news!” I extended my walk to listen in “one sitting”. Thanks for a great episode.
