Ed holds the Guinness Book of World Record for the largest BBQ grill collection (850 grills). Ed also is a certified KCBS, SCA, IBCA and MIM judge. Ed and JT discuss some of the origins of BBQ and how Georgia has a big influence on BBQ development as we know it today. As Ed likes to say food travel is all about the authenticity and local flavors.
