The right podcast at the right time❤️
Sunday morning daily podcast walk #?
I’ve been sampling various podcasts, never having delved into the 14,000(!) that are available. I normally try to walk in a way that is completely present. But I’m finding this helpful and makes me look forward to a daily ritual. Doesn’t replace those mindful walks / just adds another experience😃 Feminist futuristic gumshoe series. Encounters with wild animals. Fungi. Failed expeditions. Accidents in the wilderness. Interviews with wild adventuring women, with bipolar comedians, with hilarious nerdy history buffs. Honing in on podcasts that go deep. Dying. Death. Mental illness. Loss. Transformation. Discovery. Joy. Trying to make sense of this time after mom’s death. Finding myself drawn to those who have struggled deeply and come out the other side, to the ones on the edge doing heart-work. Landed on the most compelling one so far, for me: Bespoken Bones. So if you’re into ancestors, sex, magick and science for the sake of personal and plantary liberation, check it out❤️

Informative & Incredibly Interesting
I'm loving this podcast - I've really enjoyed learning about the different ways in which we can work with our ancestors and hearing different viewpoints from different people on it - I'd been working with the ancestors off on my own with very little guidance, so understanding more about it and using some of the guidelines suggested has been really helpful. I'm completely captivated by this podcast - well done Pavini!
