Great Podcast and even better premium community

The podcast is fantastic. All types of episodes depending on your particular interest from technical skills, to pedagogy, to running a business, to interpersonal and communication issues and more. I can not recommend it enough. And there is 10x more value in the premium offering - if you love BJJ you’ve got to check it out.

Great deep dive into the inner workings of JiuJitsu

Bravo guys

Really enjoying the podcast. I’m local so I get all the references, and I’m a black belt so I understand when things get into the weeds a bit. Great production value, useful information and excellent delivery of sometimes very confusing subjects that can be difficult to articulate. Keep it up!

New outlook on jiu jitsu

This podcast is hands down the best bjj podcast I’ve listened to. Matt and Steve talk about bjj in a way that I’ve yet to hear before. I’ve gotten answers to questions I didn’t know how to ask and from this, I have fixed holes in my game that I didn’t previously understand.

There scientific approach to the game of jiu jitsu has added an entirely new way for me to understand the positions , transitions, movements and submissions of jiu jitsu.

I highly recommend anyone listen to this podcast if they want to accelerate there progression though art of bjj
