    In this episode, we discuss the importance of preparing for a long-term committed relationship/partnership such as marriage. We share some common barriers that hinder accessibility to not only pre-marital counseling, but all other forms of counseling. In addition, we talk about how useful pre-marital counseling was for us! We share the importance of individual healing, especially in stressful times such as these. Here are some of the resources that we share throughout the episode. We found that these were helpful to us or are available to those who may be interested to utilize them.
