Let’s learn!

I really enjoyed your Sept 22 podcast with the young TBI survivor who defeated the 2 year recovery expectation. However, I wish you had asked him how he overcame the fatigue that comes with a TBI in order to keep pushing through. Many of my clients are limited by fatigue - they can’t do anything for too long. And that’s a huge limiting factor that doesn’t allow them to push as hard as they’d like to. How did he push through/manage his fatigue? How does he manage cognitive symptoms at work?
