Here we focus on self-acceptance, self-love, and navigating the highs and lows of womanhood (even though everyone is welcomed here!). My short little time here on earth has taught me a lot and I love sharing my own experiences in hopes that others will feel understood.     For the mentally ill girlies

    Major TW as this episode discusses my own journey with mental illness, my ed, SH as well as what it was like growing up in an age that glamorized all of these things. Towards the end I discuss how I’m managing my MH currently with my lack of health insurance and ways I am able to keep sane in times of crisis. The goal here is to make other individuals feel heard and understood. Never to glamorize or boast about these sensitive subjects. If you decide to not tune in this week don’t worry!
