Publicity’s
Way too much publicity in this podcast
If you like negativity this podcast’s for ya !
Always on the negative side, seriously doubting their hockey knowledge at this point. It’s the third time I stop listening for a couple a weeks. Every time I try to give them another chance, I can’t believe my ears. Great podacast for people who love to complain. The Juraj Slafkovsky episode was too much for me. Couldn’t believe their take on him. Ever heard of corsi ? Or xgoal f/a ? Certainly seems like they always go for negative take for clics.
Too little content
I wanted to like this podcast but there’s so much fluff. The episode I listened too it was over six minutes in before they actually said anything about hockey. Six minutes of ads and lengthy hellos, is at least four minutes too much. And then when they did start to talk it was a slow recap of past games, then a bit about who was called up, then personal stuff about hockey jerseys. … To the people who make this, FWIW... I’m tuning in to hear something interesting and insightful about the team, the players, the organization. Give me some of that early and often and I will listen. But ten minutes in and you’ve given me ZERO of that…. I’m definitely gone. Maybe there some worthy content deeper in, but I’ll never know. This is not rocket science, there are ways to structure this better.
