See the person, not the performance
JP has a heart to see young men and women transformed. I am looking forward to future podcasts being released so that we can get a deeper look into practical ways for us coaches to establish a culture that truly transforms. JP, thank you for your heart and your time and effort you have put into launching this podcast. We will all be better because of it.
Recognizing Unnecessary Obstacles
Sport creates unnecessary obstacles that provide a safe context for young people to strive, have conflict, risk failure, and succeed through personal growth! It is our job as coaches to support those we serve in carrying out this process. The Coaching Culture podcast serves to coach the coaches in doing just that. J.P. And Nate utilize discussion of their own experiences and interviews of other highly qualified practitioners in an insightful and engaging manner. A must listen for the coach who recognizes the obstacles as unnecessary, and seeks a transformational approach in supporting young athletes in overcoming them!
For everybody
There is such good perspective for everyone here—leaders in the office, the home, coaches & parents—even athletes themselves!
