Cults and Humour?

I love the mix of humour with cult talk. The hosts are funny and sarcastic which is the perfect mix for me!

Compassion and cheek

Sam and Jon (and Ash the dog!) take turns researching a cult, sect, fringe religious group, or new religious movement and then educate each other while we listen in. Through their superb British wit and cheek, made up songs, and confusion about all things North American, you can feel the compassion they feel for the victims of these groups. They frequently use strong language and have a lot of laughs and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

5 Stars

I’ve recently started listening to this podcast, my next episode is the Manson one which I’m kinda pumped to hear. Sam and John do an excellent job of giving the facts yet still bring some fun and humour to help alleviate the terror in some of the subject matter. Listening to this feels very much like sitting and having a chat with your friends about cults. Highly recommend but must warn listeners specifically about The Ant Hill Kids and Colonia Dignidad, highly disturbing.
