Compleatly Beatles

I recently finished my second run through of the entire series. Absolutely loved it, once again. A perfect blend of humour, fun facts & some very deep cuts about The Beatle’s recording years. There are many great Beatles podcasts out there, certainly…however…there are no compatissions to this one. I may make this series a yearly tradition. Do You Want to Know a Secret? This is the greatest album by album, track by track Beatles podcast I've ever heard. The only downside is I wish it were even longer, but that's hardly a complaint as some episodes are over 2 hours long long long. In the white album episode, a guest commented how the posters paper smelled, a funny thing to say but I remember how that record smelled too. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could. Brilliant! If you are a Beatles fan, Come and get it, you will Dig It!

Excellent Insight On Every Beatles Song. I just listened to Help! Very Good Banter between Dave And Ian. Nice to hear Beatles Fans who are as passionate about the fab 4 as i am. Keep up the good work guys.

This is a remarkably entertaining podcast. Each episode is dedicated to a single Beatles album and is packed full of interesting info about how the songs were written and the albums recorded. Aside from the great information in the show, the whole presentation chugs along like a locomotive because of a great chemistry between Dave and Ian: Dave brings an encyclopedic knowledge of the subject to the table while Ian bounces off of him with a hilarious, acerbic wit. You can start listening at any of the albums, but you'll probably just wind up going back and listening from the very first album. It's that good.
