    For Personal Timeline Jumps, Listen To Your Heart

    Originally recorded January 2026 Welcome back, Everyone!   Today we have some really interesting information about how personal timelines work. Spirit shows me how to breathe yourself into the highest timeline version or rather align yourself to your highest timeline. Guidance for aligning with the highest version focuses on breathing Divine golden/white light into the belly/solar plexus to clear density, declaring alignment with your highest potential, and trusting the light to arrange the "puzzle pieces." As we continue to learn and grow in the Light, I invite you all to continue to consciously welcome it into your body on a daily basis.     Fruit Fuels Your Ascension! Wisdom in Living Foods

This past week has been a rollercoaster with snow days, fevers, and meltdowns, but I am so glad to be back and share some Light with all of you.     A Loving Message From the Trees: "Be with us. Come to us. Remember."

    Originally recorded January 18th, 2026. Sunday Meditation and Connection with Nature's Wisdom   Hi, Everybody and welcome back to the Podcast! This recording I am sharing holds a special place in my heart. While I have connected and shared wisdom from the Trees before, I had never received such a moving and beautiful message from them exactly like this one. Like a magical melody from a time long past, the Trees beckon us to awaken and join them in Divine connectedness. Literal chills!   In this session, I draw down Divine White Light and connect with Mother Earth's energies. I received some messages about having ebb and flow days. The low energy ones are always purposeful. Plus, a special message from the Trees in the Forest, reminding us of our ancient connection and the magic that exists in nature. And as a side note, Divine Mother suggests a soothing Epsom salt bath for some extra self-care.     Talking Through the Light: Connecting with Divine Energies and Nature Spirits

    Sound, Communicating with the Divine, and Pulling Stored Wisdom Through Your Body
