“Covering” refers to the ways in which an individual conceals certain aspects of their identity in public due to a fear of backlash, discrimination, and/or bias. In this episode, MBA Student Fellow Narjis Premjee interviews Aamer to discuss covering and uncovering a religious identity in the workplace and how workplaces can be more inclusive to their diverse team.
