015: 1 Simple Trick To Getting Massive Momentum Toward Your Goals

015: 1 Simple Trick To Getting Massive Momentum Toward Your Goals

Last week I dove into getting the things we want and all about the energetic shift we need to make in order to be ready to welcome those things in.
But there are some other ways that we can increase the speed at which we actually get those things we've been dreaming of.

Today we're going to talk about a "flip the script" concept that is perfectly complimentary to that last episode and how to do it yourself.

In this episode, we’re talking about:
What that “flip the script” way of thinking we need to adopt isWhat we can do on a practical level to reach our goals fasterAnd how we can make our success inevitable

014: Use This Secret To Attract The Things You Want In Life

014: Use This Secret To Attract The Things You Want In Life

I made my vision board… why am I still not getting that house? Or the boyfriend? Or the money to pay those bills?I really want these things and I see other people with them, so I know it's possible. But why hasn't it happened for me?
These are the questions many of us have asked ourselves (myself included), but what I've come to realize is, it's the wrong question to be asking..
In this episode, we’re going to talk about:
What's wrong with this approachWhat the right question is andWhether you call it blessings, manifestation, or something else, how we actually get those things in our lives we desire
I would love for you to finish this episode with the mindset shift that's required to actually FINALLY attract those things you've had on your vision board or have been secretly thinking about for years.
And just a note - This is something that I've been learning over time and my personal experience with shifting my mindset is that it either just clicks or it's something you need to periodically remind yourself of when you catch yourself going back to old patterns of thinking.
And the latter has been my personal experience with this. I'm not perfect. I've got big dreams and desires and I do need to keep revisiting this concept. But if you know anything about neuroscience, you know that our brains are incredible and capable of forming new pathways that are primed for shifting into new beliefs, so let's dive in!

013: Transform The Areas Of Your Life You Wish Were Different. Here's How.

013: Transform The Areas Of Your Life You Wish Were Different. Here's How.

Have you ever thought about your big dreams, maybe those experiences you think about, but aren’t actually sure if they could be real possibilities for you?  Or maybe you’ve had a burn-it-all-down moment. Where you fantasize about walking away from the life you’re living, either all of it or just a specific part of life that’s not feeling good and you feel like cutting the cord and taking a new direction might be just what you need?
    I know I have.
And every time I’ve been in this space. Where my dreams feel far away or my current reality isn’t stacking up to what I want it to be, I’ve made it a personal practice to explore what’s possible and make a change.
It’s been something I’ve consciously done for years, but until recently - didn't really have a name for it. You’ve probably heard it around. If pivot was the word of 2020, I’m predicting this new contender will be the 2023 version.
    What is it?
    Reinvention.
It’s the phrase that perfectly describes what I’ve gone through a multitude of times and until recently, hadn’t seen the patterns of what I was doing over and over again.
In this episode, I’m going to share what I call a success pattern that each of us can follow to bring in the healing, transformation and change we want to see in our lives.
    We’ll go over:
The 4 part success pattern I’ve seen as the path to transformation for myselfThe critical questions to ask yourself when you’re considering a changeHow to make your success inevitable on the journey

My goal is for you to walk away with clarity on this pattern and the guidance you need to implement it in your own life.
It’s the messy work that comes before stepping into that next version of yourself, but worth every minute.
The more we course correct and align more and more closely to what lights us up, the better we are at living this wild and precious life and the more we can show up to serve our families, communities and the world.
This episode is going to be a bit longer than my typical solo episodes, but I want to challenge you to do whatever you need to do in order to listen to the full thing. Put it on 3x speed or listen over a few smaller chunks.
If you action the advice I share with you in this episode, you will change your life. That I 100% promise.

011: When Work Doesn't Feel Like Work

"I just can't do it"These words a friend shared with me 15 years ago.

    And it broke my heart.

You see, we were talking about a career move that felt incredible to her. And it was in an area that lit her up… where she truly shined.

But it was scary, maybe too scary for that time in her life. And I watched that dream fade away.

And that potential career that lit her up? No one ever got to see her in action.

010: Ways To Love Your Life, Even When You Feel Defeated Or Alone

Do you ever look around - social media especially, and feel like your progress is too slow? Like everyone around you is swimming full speed and you’re just treading, barely keeping your face above the water?

I was originally planning another episode today, but I had a feeling that I needed   another message today. One of encouragement and hope.

In this episode, I want to send a little love and kindness your way. My hope for you today is to walk away with some inspiration and know that you aren’t alone. That you are valued, appreciated and cared about.

Colleeeeeeenieeee ,

Love this !!

Thank you Sarah. This is life changing advice. ♥️

alajones ,

Thank you

This podcast could not have showed up in my life at a better time. I am so excited to see where this show will take me. I am a huge believer in mindfulness and taking care of yourself. I have found myself in a bit of a slump lately, feeling sad, and just in a tough place in general. When I listened to the first show, it gave me hope and helped me remember how far I have already come and that I am capable of taking strides. Sometimes that gets lost in the craziness of life. Thank you again and again Sarah for sharing your experience and reaching out to help others, like myself.
