This week, my labs came in with a biological age of 38. That’s a five-year reversal in under a year. And no, it wasn’t from weight loss or any “new plan” that required perfection. I’m sharing with you what I’ve done consistently for the last decade to support blood sugar, muscle, sleep, stress, and sustainability. I’ll also walk you through three specific changes I made this past year that I truly believe moved the needle the most.
