The final episode of Season One: what we learned, what we missed and where we hope to go in season two. In particular, we touch on why we, and others who talk about Diversity and Inclusion, don't give in to requests to focus on the positive as we see it as a diversion from continuing to focus on what needs to change.

This episode looks at how we can create the space for white people to work through their anxiety of saying/not saying and doing/not doing the "right thing" so we can move from fear to understanding, connection and action.

Very candid conversations about topics that can often be really difficult to have.

In a time when race, justice and equity are front-page news these personal conversations helped me understand changes I could make to develop greater empathy.

A must listen!

Different People is an eye opening and enlightening podcast. It opens the door for listeners to explore difficult and uncomfortable topics in a relatable way that doesn’t leave you feeling judged... inspired is more the resulting feeling.

Dr. Abdulrehman and Executive Coach, Lisa, are genuine and share a level of vulnerability that allows the listener to remove their personal armour for 30-60 minutes to learn and feel raw emotion.

One of the best parts of my week and an important step toward progress for all. Everyone will be able to enjoy and learn from this podcast!
