#9 Learn 4 Strokes for Massaging Your Dog with Low Back Pain. Lesson 3 of 3

Picture yourself massaging your dog and they are stretched out, thoroughly enjoying your touch then when you finish your dog gets up and is less stiff, they move with a little bit more ease and comfort. 🥰 In this third lesson of the audio series on massaging dogs with low back pain, I guide you through specific massage techniques to increase your dog's comfort and mobility.   As a canine rehab therapist, I have a wealth of experience teaching these techniques.   In our previous lessons, we set everything up including you, the environment, and your dog. We talked about pressure and you practiced on yourself, staying connected to your own breath and how your body is feeling because you transfer that energy to your dog.   The lesson takes you through 4 strokes with clear, step-by-step instructions and provides a link to the supplementary PDF  with detailed descriptions and images of the strokes (updated version coming soon Fall 2025).  And if you're a little bit short on time, that's okay. This entire audio lesson is less than 25 minutes and you're also provided with directions on how to shorten the lesson to 10 minutes if needed. Sarah also provides a big surprise at the end of the audio lesson that you don’t want to miss if you want to feel confident massaging and stretching your dog at home, especially if they are older or have mobility challenges, even neurologic conditions.
