You can set Ravelry Threads to watch or ignore. Watching a thread means it will pop up to the highest point under the stickied threads if there‘s a new post. Ignoring a thread means you never see it again – I use it to clear up teams I‘m not on so there‘s less visual clutter for my PSP. Check out this page on Ravelry for instructions on how to Ignore a Thread.

5 Star Knitter, Crafter, and Human

I am always so excited to listen when a new episode of Down Cellar Studio drops! The host, Jen, has created a warm, welcoming, inclusive podcast and community. The crafting content is very detailed and descriptive. Jen also discusses her other interests, including fitness and photography, as well as her big, delightful family. This is a crafting podcast you don’t want to miss!

A Must-Subscribe for All Knitters/Crocheters

It’s always a special treat when I see a new episode in my feed. Boston Jen is a very prolific knitter and crocheted, and I love hearing what she’s finished and what’s coming. (Follow her on Instagram for all the visuals!). The episodes are well thought out, and has some delightful segments that make it unique. I appreciate that she includes moments with her family, it really adds a special touch to the show.

The KALs that are organized may be my favourite part (especially the PigSkinParty!) They are fun, open-ended and add that extra competitive nature that I love. She is also a fantastic designer, and her patterns are extra fun to use once you’ve heard her talk through the process of designing them.

GreenWGirl ,

One of my Favourites!

Totally love the Down Cellar Studio podcast. Jen is so enthusiastic about all of her projects and all the knits she does for her many nieces and nephews. I caught up on all the back episodes last summer when I was driving cross-Canada and she was excellent company! Love that she does a mix of knitting and crochet, toys, garments, shawls and socks. Lots of great information, options and insights. And thanks to Instagram, it’s very easy to check in for a photo of her many projects. Would highly recommend giving this audio podcast a listen :)
