    141// When life looks good on the outside, but inside you feel like crap...

    From the outside, my life looked great... ...even looking at it myself, I could say it was great. I had just had a baby, I was running a successful business, I was living in a beautiful part of the world, It looked great. But truthfully, I was struggling big time. Yes. I had all that I had once wished for, but holding it all was exhausting me. I was going through the biggest identity shift I will ever go through, the maiden to mother shift. I was also very plugged into my business, which was doing well, but the structure of it wasnt working for my new role as a mother. I was in the middle of shedding friendships, while also making new ones. I was holding a lot, and coming apart at the seams. I felt so guilty and shameful, that I wasnt feeling grateful every second of the day.  I beat myself up, saying to myself "you should be happy, look at what you have" And that shame only only added to the internal chaos I was feeling. Until I stopped, and gave myself permission to feel this heaviness and surrender to it. It was ok. It was ok to have my inner and outer worlds misaligned right now. Of course it was hard to enjoy what was right in front of me, when I was carrying a lot which came with a bunch of heavy sensations and feelings. I was at capcity, with no room for anything else. And when I gave myself that permission, I felt a sense of relief. A big exhale. There was nothing wrong with me. I wasnt ungrateful or numb to what I had. I just needed sapce to process everything, and release a lot of emotion, so I could finally fully enjoy the beauty right in front of me. If you relate to this, let me know.     139// Awareness Just Isn't Enough Anymore

    For a long time, I thought insight was the answer. If I could just understand why I felt the way I did… If I could connect the dots, trace it back, name the pattern…then surely the emotion would loosen its grip. And sometimes it did. But what I noticed over time was this quiet heaviness that stayed. A kind of emotional residue. I could explain my reactions beautifully. I could articulate my triggers. I could even speak about them with awareness and compassion. And yet… my body was still holding something. This is what we don't talk about enough. Insight without embodiment doesn't complete the process. Understanding an emotion isn't the same as feeling it. Naming a pattern isn't the same as letting it move. Awareness alone doesn't always create relief. When emotions are met only in the mind, they often stay stored in the body. They soften intellectually…but remain physically held. And what's held eventually shows up as reactivity, fatigue, tension, or that sense of being emotionally full without knowing why. Embodiment is what allows insight to land. It's the moment the body is invited into the conversation. The breath slows. The shoulders drop. The nervous system realizes it doesn't have to stay braced. This is why I talk so much about feeling it first. Not because insight isn't valuable, of course it is. But because feeling is what completes the loop. When we allow ourselves to feel what we've already understood, the emotion finally has somewhere to go. And in that release… there's space. Presence. Ease. If you've done so much inner work and still feel like something lingers beneath the surface, it might not be because you've missed something. It might just be waiting to be felt. You don't need more understanding. You need room in your body for what you already know.

    137// You're Not Unhealed, You're Just Emotionally FULL

    If you still feel reactive, it doesn't mean you're unhealed. It means youre emotionally full. You're holding onto a lot of stored emotion, unprocessed experiences and a nervous system that is flooded...no wonder you're reactive. You're holding your family together, tending to everyones needs, leading emotionally, trying to stay composed, managing the reactions of others, all while building a purposeful business behind the scenes. You are exhausted. This is why youre reactive. Reacting (ie flying off the handle) is your nervous systems way of releasing all the pressure of those stored emotions. You gotta stop reflecting on all the healing work youve done, thinking it hasnt worked. Thats added pressure you dont need. It nothing to do with that work. This isnt about "healing" its about emptying out. Releasing.  Its about creating internal space, so you can choose to respond to life instead of react to it. Why? Because responding (pausing and choosing) is what will create a spacious and abundant life. Period. Creating internal space drastically reduces reactivity. Creating internal space helps you become the mother, the wife, the business owner, the friend, the whoever you wish to be. "But how do I release?" Glad you asked... FEEL. Feeling IS the release. To empty out our emotions, so they arent creating the pressure in your body, you have to feel them. And you can do this however you like, journal, breathe, exercise, yoga, walking, screaming, meditating...anything, as long as the intention is to empty. When you make this a priority, and you allow the emtying to happen, your life instantly feels more spacious, and from that place you embody the person you desire to be and begin to create the reality you want. So no, you're not unhealed, you're just emotionally full.

    135/ How To Maintain The Transformation AFTER The Coaching Relationship Has Ended

    Stop relying on others to get you moving!   After having so much amazing transformation in 6 months with a biz mentor, I thought that was it. I had made it.   But once the container was over, and I was flying solo in my business, things started to wobble…really wobble.   It felt like my business was headed for the ground.   What was going wrong? I was doing all the "right" things. I did everything I was taught to do. What was I missing?   Then about a year later it hit me. Which frustrated me because of how much I already knew about human emotions at the point.   I realized I had been relying on my coach. I relied on her to get me into the internal state that would influence the kind of actions that would lead to the business growing.   Emotional codependency? Maybe.   I hadn't mastered the skill of getting MYSELF into the internal state I desired. The internal state that would lead to transformation in my biz.   Remember, your internal and emotional state is the trigger for creation. Your feelings influences your beliefs, then your actions, which shapes your reality.   This was a skill set I had to nail.   So I got to work. This was around the time Breathwork found me and I deepened my knowledge of Emotional Intelligence.   I brought everything I knew together, and applied applied applied, until I created a process that got me into the internal state that would influence my beliefs and actions accordingly.   I stayed committed until I had this process dialed.   Now I use it anytime I desire a shift in my reality and it WORKS   I don't need to rely on someone else to activate me.   I called this The Feel It First Process….and I'm teaching it inside the Feel It First Experience.   Learn how to shape your reality exactly how you desire by getting into the internal state that will create it all.   There's nothing out there like this.
