And in order to do that, you need to know that it’s safe for you to show your true self. Playing small means the armour is still restricting you.  If you want to take it off, if it feels heavy to you, the first step is to gently remove some of it. Show a little bit more of yourself. Reveal a little bit more truth in safe containers.  If youre going to reveal more of yourself, make sure that it’s with people who can hold this truth. Make sure that its with people who are living without such a thick armour. They will get it. Ego needs to held The unseen part of you has a relationship with the part of you you can see
