In this episode, Cheryl and Kay talk about attending the Indigenous Christmas market and how amazing it was to meet podcast listeners. The market was also the first time Kay has sold her art to the general public, and now that she's conquered that, she's ready to tackle some more.

Always Interesting

Love listening to Cheryl and Kay. Especially enjoyed the last two episodes where they spoke to elders about their lives and experiences. Always interesting, and I’ve learned so much from both of these women. Thank you for sharing your time and talents with the world!

Chief Gould & Preimer King harvest

I really enjoyed hearing Chief Junior Gould & Preimer Dennis King’s, experiencing the harvest. It makes it real for them, to help better understand “Our Way of Life” being a L’nu on Epekwitk. It’s our connection to Mother Earth and resources that our families used to survive and still today we still do it. The teaching comes down from our Ancestors and have been passed on to Us. I believe they should make a bowl but a Quill Art can also be displayed in their Offices. Great job Cheryl & Kay you both have done a wonderful job on these Podcasts sharing your knowledge, that comes from our Ancestors through families to you.
