This was a live week on the podcast, meaning that Mary Ann and Alex and Natasha and Grace teamed up with the fine audio and visual folks from our mothership Yahoo to not only record the show, but to do so in front of, well, all of you! It's fun to record live, and we'll do it again in two weeks!

Really Great, best part of my friday.

The only propblem with the show is the lack of dad jokes from Katie - Alexs' hatred of overpriced companies and knowlage of financial metrics adds a lot as well.

Great content; ads occurring mid-episode are distracting

I love Equity. Alex, Danny, and Natasha have a fun dynamic, and do a terrific job covering the tech and VC landscape at a high level. It’s a great way to catch up on daily news throughout the week.

That said, I don’t love the new ad placements in the middle of more recent episodes. The ads can sometimes (often) occur mid-discussion, or even cut in randomly mid-sentence. It’s very jarring and can take away from the discussion.

It’d be great if they can just have all the ads happen in the beginning of the podcast. Or if they must have it happen in the middle of the podcast, have it occur at a more natural stopping point - like after a discussion topic has ended and before they move on to the next.

Good when They Stay Focused

When they stay on task - providing deep dives into IPO’s - the content is worthwhile. When they veer off into personal /political opinions it quickly gets tedious. Come on team, stay on topic!
