Easy listen

Lots of reviews saying there weren’t facts and it wasn’t in depth enough… it’s about a social media feud. I think people expecting it to be a hard hitting scam piece is a little funny. It’s an easy listen and highlights the problems with cancel culture within a culture based on insta fame and insta influence, nothing more, nothing less…also, Casey Wilson is perfection

great pod, half of it is ads though

Way too many ads, it’s hard to listen to when every minute there is an ad for something, makes it chaotic and disjointed with no flow.
It starts and ends with minutes of ads and then there are ads in between too and it’s only like 25mins, so. It ends making you feel used to sell things. Ads are a necessary evil but this is pushing it.

Womanhood shouldn’t be this

Oh man, another narrative that centres bitter, angry women. I felt completely hopeless while listening to this because *spoiler* there is no clear cut right or wrong, as life often goes, and the main tone is horrible cattiness. The narrator has a great storytelling charisma, but even her tone highlights cattiness. Womanhood doesn’t have to be this. Tanya, you have money people can’t even dream of, let it go. Emily, do your research. Media, present women well. Consumers, your bodies are amazing no matter your weight. Use your bodies, nourish them well. This product doesn’t need to exist, and this story didn’t need to be told.
