    Getting Ready for New Arrivals | Day 120

    It’s Day 120 of our 365-day journey! Today is all about preparation as we get ready for some very special guests to arrive. We’re hosting "Mathers on the Map" (Kevin, Taye, and their family) for dinner, and I’m taking you along as I make my go-to pizza dough from scratch.In this video, I walk through my process for a New York-style crust using a 24-hour fermented polish.     The truth about working in an HOA vs. Here (Day 117)

    Day 117 of 365: Getting things done on our own terms.We’re officially closing in on being a third of the way through this 365-day vlog series! It’s wild how fast the time is flying, but looking back at the daily progression makes every bit of the effort feel worth it.In today’s vlog, we’re making some much-needed upgrades to our mobile setup. I’m tackling some evening sanding to finish up the new individual access panels for our fridge/freezer—a great idea from Alex that’s going to make our daily workflow so much smoother.Being out here has really made me reflect on the freedom of this lifestyle. I spent years building vans in HOA parking lots and cramped city streets where you’re always on someone else’s clock.
