LOVE this podcast!

I am so happy to have found this podcast. It’s so challenging to get the right info in the nutrition and health industry. There’s so much pseudoscience and anecdotal advice, that it can be so frustrating. I love how Rhiannon brings the science back into the equation and isn’t afraid to challenge belief systems that can’t be backed up. Thank you for all your advice!
