If you enjoy amazing world building, friends throwing dice together, and some great characters then step right up for your share of Crits and Giggles! Here is a few reasons why you should be listening to this show!
First off this show brings you an amazing world called Ianis that really shows the love and hardwork they have put in to crafting it and making it what it is. From Gods to History to Maps and Kingdoms, this world has been fleshed out in such a way that it feels alive as you listen to the party make their way through it slowly uncovering clues as to why the Gods are being so quiet.
Secondly the cast really gives you that comfortable feeling of friends sitting around the table together, rolling dice, and just having fun. They each add to the story in their own way whether it's Po bringing the humility and kind words of the monk to ease stranger's weariness of the group, Anja with a mysterious connection to the gods and her mastery of the arcane both learning and showing her friends what mysteries await them in the magics of Ianis, Mordai bringing you a nine pack and a connection to the wilds formed from a society that fears his existence, or Mithras who's quick and often violent ways aid the party when dealing the deadly or troublesome.
Lastly the DM Kieran brings a mutlitude of characters, accents, and a great story to the table for these heroes to enjoy whether it's Torban Torbanson or the mysterious puppeteer of all of Fate, Eddie Murphey. Kieran brings a great amount of skill that both lends to the story not only constantly moving forward but has the players be quite inventive when he enters his "Skill Challenges" that cause the players to think quick on their feet and paint the picture around them. Do not miss out on this great podcast, I very much recommend it!
