Welcome to FreshAirAtFive the Podcast. I’m your host, Bryon Carpenter.
FreshAirAtFive is my regular attempt to exercise by walking about my neighborhood, to take in Podcast content or an audio book, then reflect in an unedited video which I finally post it to my Twitter Chanel. This podcast will be a regular collection of the audio from these selfie-videos as a collection of about a week or so of these daily videos.
Thank you for stopping by to take a listen.

Customer Reviews
A timesaver for educators!
Vancouver, Canada educator Bryon Carpenter listens to education-related podcasts while getting daily exercise (fresh air), usually at 5am. Bryan then tweets short reflections on the podcast content as he is walking, and then at the end of the week roles them into a summary podcast. I don’t often catch the tweets, but I follow the podcast summaries. There are several things that I enjoy:
1. Being introduced to other education podcasts - some of them I then listen to myself
2. Bryon highlights tech tools that he learns about from others so I can learn about new tools/sites/etc without having to listen to so many other podcasts!
3. As a fellow Canadian, I enjoy the Canadian perspective and updates on the weather, life and happenings in British Columbia
4. Bryon is always up for a challenge and learning new things and he is real about the areas he figures he needs to grow in
5. Episodes are usually between 20 and 35 minutes (so less than that on a faster speed!)
Bryon describes his podcast as a “Blinkist” for podcasts- an apt description and definitely worth a listen.
Amazing and peaceful listening
It’s a very good podcast to play in the background as you work or do chores.
Great review and recap!
I enjoy listening to Bryon’s recaps of some of the awesome Ed podcasts that are out there! It’s a nice way to hear some different perspectives and what some of the major takeaways might be from these rich conversations! Thanks for the Fresh Air!
