Entrepreneurs start a business because they are passionate about and skilled at something. However, running a business is not easy; we often have so many ideas that we don’t get anything done. Mentally, we’re all over the place, attempting to do everything in our business and jumping from one approach to the next. This was dubbed as EADD (Entrepreneurial ADD) by our guest expert.

In order to avoid inconsistency, uncertainty, overwhelm, or procrastination, running a business requires a strategic road plan, understanding the exact direction we need to go every single day. Our guest, Patty Rogers will assist us in stepping out and crossing the border of fear of not moving forward.

    This week’s theme: Proactive Mindset

The ability to make proactive rather than reactive decisions is referred to as a proactive mindset. It allows you to take charge of a situation and plan ahead of time for potential problems. A proactive mindset focuses our efforts on the aspects of our lives that are in our control. It focuses on the positive, the strong, and the possibilities. And impact grows as a result of positive energy and a constant focus on the areas we manage.

Meet our guest expert Jeremy and be inspired by his story of how an event changed the course of his life forever…in an instant. As a result of one sentence, on one phone call, Jeremy’s entire mindset changed for the better and he began his rise to greatness, transforming from someone who simply “had a job” to someone who could execute with purpose.

From Fear to Fire: Secrets to Overcome Fear, Embrace your Gifts and Achieve Success

This is the place where real people share real challenges. Where you can find a common bond and uncommon wisdom through their stories. Use tips from the breakthroughs of others to jump start your success. Speaker, author, adventurer, and host Heather Hansen O’Neill takes you on the journey from fear to fire. Today we talk about how the things we are challenged by drive us to self-exploration and improvement.

    This week’s theme: Self-exploration

Self-exploration is the practice of examining within ourselves to discover what is valuable to us. It is the process of finding that all human beings share something innate, unchangeable, and universal. It aids in the discovery of who you are, what you desire, what you enjoy, what you are at ease with, and where you want to go in life. Join us today as Ani Rich, our guest expert, discusses the process of transition she went through. She talks about how yoga is a tool for self-exploration for her, and how it helped her better connect.

    Ani Rich

Ani Rich is an author, yoga teacher, life coach, podcast host, mother, forever life’s student. She was 19 years old when she got married and moved to the US. Ani was 20 when she gave birth to her son. Living in the country without having family around, having no friends and not knowing the language. She was staying home with her son and was anxious, unhappy and unfulfilled.

At the age of 20, she hated her body and was crying every single day until one day she decided to change her life and take control over it.

Ani was 6 months post-partum. Her husband was a student, plus he was working. She was not sleeping and had very little time to herself, but she decided to let go of the excuses and started working out. Then she started practicing yoga. Her passion for it increased and she became a certified yoga instructor and started meal prepping. This was the beginning of her ongoing practice of personal and professional development…
