    EP.61 The Martyr to Magic cycle - from good to bad and back again. Thoughts for the New Year.

    Hi - I'm back. Well kind of. I found a few episodes that I recorded earlier this year that still felt more relevant than ever. This year has felt full, and as I like to say crunchy. Not a horrible year but definitely not smooth. Anyone else? In a reading I had with Jenni from @themediumexperience - she spoke about how she saw my business name. And it was such a great reminder. We are constantly growing and learning and to think we have arrived permanently is some what laughable. We thrive on grow so it makes sense that we would also have to accept the hard part that comes with all the good of expansion. Just a reminder, you're not doing it wrong.     EP.60 The Haunting, Ghost stories from my past and the Criterion Hotel

    As Halloween approaches and as this eclipse season as had me thinking about my past. I started to think about my experience with the ghost and wanted to see if others had documented anything from this hotel too. And jackpot. There tons of documented stories, from decades ago to current day. It reminded me that what I felt wasn't a dream. And I had so much fun learning more about the history of this hotel and pub.
