Thank you for having these conversations. Thank you for asking the hard questions- I like hearing others perspectives on these topics of the self and society. This podcast features guests who are willing to go there in these topics of the heartstrings. The speakers and Lyanne have integrity and real compassion that is rarely felt these days.

From The Heart podcast has opened up a space in me, that made me feel less alone, and that my voice mattered and had importance. Lyanne is someone who is constantly inspiring me in how she moves through life. Her presence brings so much joy, and playfulness and having her in my life feels like such a gift. It is helping me expand and become a better version of myself. I truly feel her impact on the world and what she is trying to do in holding a higher vision for humanity. She is someone I respect for the fact that she has integrity and is willing to talk about subjects that people often don’t want to look at. She is one of my teachers and I admire her courage to take initiative and be vulnerable which I feel the world needs more of. From the heart is an opportunity to look at the uncomfortable aspects of life and welcome them in with new perspectives and be able bring awareness around the discomfort and challenges being currently faced. It is also providing space to talk about these crunchy subjects in a loving container.
