03 - The Courage to Create

Gloria and Francis reconnect over their first coaching exchange in 2016 and later, their deep coaching work in 2021, tracing his non-linear career through music and the industry. Francis describes gaining clarity by trying many paths, including a full-time role running grant programs, starting his own artist management company, and returning back to living out the musician and artist within him. Coaching helped him move from insight to action through incisive questions, space to be witnessed, gentle accountability, and the practical application of his Human Design energy chart. We talk about seeing and believing in ourselves, his connection to his inner artist and inner child, creativity as a way of life, and the incredible music he's made towards the release of his long-awaited Homegrown album. 02 - From Perfectionism to Possibility

In this conversation, Meg revisits her multi-year coaching journey that began in 2020 during a difficult job search. She shares how her mindset shifted from panic, self-blame, and all-or-nothing thinking to confidence and clarity, seeing setbacks as neutral challenges and valuing progress over perfection. We worked together across phases—landing a job, being laid off during COVID, restarting a business, navigating misaligned clients, team building, and enhancing her company's positioning and storytelling— and all the while, she practiced building self-trust, prioritizing rest, rewiring beliefs about herself and achievement, and embracing “done is better than perfect.” Meg describes removing her mask of professionalism and embracing values-based leadership rooted in honesty and self-expression, building resilience, celebrating growth, and encouraging others to seek help and trust the process. Listen to this conversation for inspiration and encouragement to let your authentic self shine!
