Tell me what’s the word! Word up!
Okay, I truly believe that everything happens for a reason. First heard of the Enlifted Method from my CrossFit coach! It was on an episode of his podcast, Resilient Humans and Mark England was a guest. I loved the episode and went on a rabbit hole of seeking more information how I can hear more about this method. I then found Get Enlifted Podcast. Kimberly, you have the best podcast voice ever! I need out so hard and love all the topics, I feel like I’m sitting right there soaking it all up! Thank you for creating this space and I love your language!
Must listen
Hands down, the best mindset podcast out there. Buckle up, dig in, and prepare to grow your mind!
Must Listen for Mindset Transformation!
WORD POWER!! Kimberly and the Get Enlifted podcast has totally reshaped how I look at language, the words we use, and the stories we tell ourselves and others. To say that my life has improved dramatically since discovering this podcast, going through the Enlifted Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, and applying what I learned to my own coaching practice (and personal life) has been nothing short of amazing. I'm a more confident and effective coach, and the financial impact of learning this skill set has been well worth the investment. Highly recommend that you catch as many episodes of the Get Enlifted Podcast as possible, and also go through the certification with Mark England and team!
