Godsfall

I am on epsiode 8 of the first campaign and I am into it! It's like a perfect combination of a fun DND romp and a Graphic Audio book! I come from listening to Adventure Zone and Friends at the Table. Godsfall is a great middle ground of the two: lots of laughs like AZ and lots of great world building/character development like FATT. Excited that they are still putting out episodes and can't wait to catch up!

The person who runs and produces this podcast has made two Kickstarter’s. Both succeeded, the first giving myself and others a good world book and cool things to play with in our own campaigns. The 2nd has not, no book, no PDF, nothing. For three years at this point we haven’t got anything. And the last update? March, of 2021(feb 2022 at the time of writing). If we just got updates on what was happening, previews or whatever skeleton Aran has of this book I’m sure many would not be satisfied, but happy that they got anything at all. And it isn’t like the man has abandoned godsfall, or podcasting, in fact recently he has made another! With no communication, him blocking everyone who asks about it, and what I can only interpret abandoning the project altogether. I have to say, great podcast, not great dude. It’s a shame too, because I loved all of this guys work.

Well as podcasts go it’s ok, but don’t pay for anything about the pod cast as they can not nor will fulfil any Kickstarter campaign. Though your money for those campaigns will go to them, and get them new equipment.

I honesty have just recently started listening to this, but I have seen the worldbook. And honestly, it’s amazing. All the lore, all the maps, and all the amazing different ways you can do it. 10/10, can’t wait to listen more
