I lost my sense of safety, my job, my mom, and had to navigate grief in a way I never imagined possible. But here's what I learned: even in our darkest moments, even when life is messy and hard, we can still build a rich, aligned life. We can carry both the grief and the joy. And with the right tools - simple, sustainable, strategic tools - we can find our way back to our heart magic. Today, I'm sharing my story of the past two years, the collapse, the rebuilding, and the emergence.
