Interesting and honest

I listened to Ep 22 (looked around and saw no one looked like me) and Jessica voiced deep questions about belonging. Where are we similar despite our outward appearance? What is our lived experience and how does it apply? And where do / don't we belong? I am reminded of how many BIPOC feel like outsiders, and perhaps even pass up opportunities because of this exact discomfort. It's courageous (and sometimes tiring) work to keep showing up over and over, but I am reminded of how important this work is.

What a great name! Jessica has great interviewing skills and amazing guests with heart felt stories.
I can usually relate, or know someone who has experienced the same trauma, weather it’s a big T, or little T trauma. We have all had those moments in our life!
I highly recommend it!
