Thank you JAMA for producing this series. The production quality is top notch and I find the discussion format is a joy to listen to. Information is presented in a clear and simple manner and summarized well. I especially like when the hosts take to time to discuss concepts like pre-test probability, odds ratios, and all the other things that help us with evidence based medicine without assuming they're intuitive concepts for us all.

This podcast provides great content and overviews about the JAMA articles. However I often find the discussion feels very scripted and less engaging. I would prefer to hear real discussions from the authors rather than carefully read responses. Previous host (Ed Livingston) was much better at sparking discussions, and occasional new temporary hosts are good.
