My Year With Dolly

Such a fun podcast! Plus the subject matter is perfect. Just read “Run Rose Run” with James Paterson. Excellent read! Reminded me of Dolly’s life, I think. Not sure if this is so I or not. I could do see her doing a movie like this as the person narrating her life.

I went to high school with Justin and he made me so many themed mix CDs. We would go on drives and listen to them and he would tell me about the songs and what they meant to him. I haven’t been back to Tennessee or seen Justin since the summer after high school, but hearing him talk about Dolly feels so familiar, which is such a comforting feeling with all the chaos going on in the world in 2020.
