Do yourself a favour and start listening to this podcast. I’ve been listening since 2020, in my undergrad and have just finished my masters so I thought I might as well give my boys a 5 star review over here on Apple! These two have so much insight to your favourite movies, tv shows and all things cinema! Not to mention they’ve put me on some really great books as well (although it took me 2 years to finish Dune, I recommend it to everyone!). Truth be told I still am not entirely sure I could confidently decipher the two boys but that does not detract from their ability to infiltrate my everyday vocabulary with sayings such as “double featch” or “put the money in the baaaag”. My husband and I love to listen to any episodes on a movie we just watched and giggle at their ability to bring up Harry Potter, Christopher Nolan or Tom Cruise no matter the topic, always. These two are so knowledgeable about the film industry as a whole, I’ve learned so much from them and they will continually foster your love for film! They make film accessible and keep a positive perspective, creating an enjoyable listening experience that feels like your hanging out with friends :)
If they don’t do an episode on The Hunger Games series I might have to UNSUBSCRIBE! (books are for sure better than the movies but Catching Fire used IMAX cameras and has a beautiful aspect ratio change!)
