313: What If Not Sharing Your Offer Is The Real Problem

Send us Fan Mail Selling your services shouldn’t feel like you’re pushing people into something they don’t want, but that’s exactly how it can feel when you’re trying to create a signature offer for the first time. We sit down with Kimberly G Walker, an exercise physiologist and cancer exercise trainer, to unpack what’s really underneath the fear of sounding “salesy,” especially when you’re used to clients walking into your practice without you having to market yourself at all. We dig into the mindset work that comes before any funnel, offer page, or content plan. Camille walks Kimberly through the question that changes everything: “Why not you?” From there, we build real evidence. Years of being booked out, teaching and mentoring, and working with high-risk clients is not just experience, it’s proof of outcomes. We also talk about why staying in your scope of practice matters online, and how a professional, collaborative approach (like partnering with dietitians when needed) builds trust fast. Then we get practical about marketing an online coaching offer with integrity: share bite-sized value, teach what you know, and give people a clear next step when they’re ready. When your message is rooted in quality of life, longevity, resistance training, and honoring the body with a non-restrictive approach, selling becomes an act of care, not pressure. If you’re building a business as a mom, juggling life, work, and big goals, this quick coaching session will help you share your offer with confidence. Subscribe, share this with a friend who needs it, and leave a review so more women can find the support to lead and serve. 312: You Can Make School Season Easier Without Doing More

Send us Fan Mail Back-to-school season has a way of turning even the most capable working mom into a full-time logistics manager. I’m Camille Walker, a mom of four with four different schools on the calendar this year, and I wanted a practical reset that doesn’t require me to become superhuman. So I did something fun and surprisingly useful: I asked ChatGPT for back-to-school tips, then I tell you which ones I agree with, how I actually do them, and where real life needs a simpler plan.  We get into the systems that reduce daily stress fast, starting with planning ahead using a family calendar. I share what’s worked for me with scheduling tools, plus why a big printed, color-coded wall calendar can beat digital invites when kids don’t live in email. We also talk meal prep for busy weeks, freezer and crock pot backups, snack bins, and keeping school lunches simple while still hitting the basics like protein, fruit, and a veggie.  From there, we move into routines that support both kids and parents: mornings that build independence, after-school transitions that make homework less painful, and how to adjust when attention and energy tank later in the day. I also share my core message for working parents: delegate, ask for help, and don’t carry it all alone, whether that means involving your kids, leaning on your partner, or even hiring a virtual assistant. We wrap with self-care that fits real life, staying flexible when the school year throws curveballs, saying no without guilt, and building stronger connection through check-ins and simple family meetings.  If this helps, subscribe, share it with a friend who needs a calmer school year, and leave a five-star rating and review. 309: Turning Pain Into Purpose: The Story Behind SupportNow

Send us Fan Mail What happens when a business idea doesn't work—and you have the courage to pivot anyway? In this episode of Call Me CEO, Camille sits down with Jordan, CEO and co-founder of SupportNow, a platform helping families navigate life's most challenging moments through community support, fundraising, meal coordination, volunteer scheduling, and updates—all in one place. Today, SupportNow has supported more than 180,000 users and helped raise over $11 million for families in need. But the journey to get there wasn't straightforward. Jordan shares the behind-the-scenes story of launching a completely different product, raising more than $1 million in funding, realizing it wasn't gaining traction, and making the difficult decision to pivot. That decision ultimately led to creating a platform that is making a meaningful difference for families facing cancer diagnoses, medical challenges, loss, special needs situations, and other major life events. Together, Camille and Jordan discuss entrepreneurship, motherhood, resilience, community, and why learning how to receive support may be just as important as giving it. One of the biggest lessons from this conversation is that success doesn't always come from getting it right the first time. Sometimes it comes from listening, adapting, and having the courage to change course. Whether you're building a business, supporting a loved one, or navigating a difficult season yourself, this episode offers a powerful reminder that community matters. 308: She Built an App in 7 Weeks After Emergency Surgery

Send us Fan Mail What if the thing standing between you and your next big idea isn't time, money, or experience—but simply taking the first step? In this episode of Call Me CEO, Camille sits down with entrepreneur and app founder Julia Leffler to discuss the creation of Releve, a habit-tracking app designed to help people build consistency through community accountability and AI-powered coaching. What makes Julia's story especially inspiring is that she launched the app in just seven weeks while recovering from emergency gallbladder surgery and raising two young children. She shares how she self-funded the project, used AI tools to streamline development and marketing, and embraced progress over perfection to bring her idea to life. Together, Camille and Julia discuss entrepreneurship, motherhood, habit-building, mindfulness, and why waiting for the "perfect time" often keeps women from pursuing their biggest goals. In this episode, you'll learn: • How Julia built and launched Releve in just seven weeks • The surprising low-cost strategy she used to develop the app • How AI tools helped accelerate content creation and business growth • Why community accountability can make habits stick • Practical ways to reduce decision fatigue as a busy mom • How consistent small actions create momentum in business and life • The connection between mindfulness, self-care, and leadership • Why "There's never a right time. There's just now." One of Julia's biggest lessons from building Releve is a reminder every entrepreneur needs to hear: You may be more qualified than you think. The only way to find out is to start. 307: The Year My Body Said No: Lessons in Leadership, Health & Capacity

Send us Fan Mail In this personal solo episode of Call Me CEO, Camille shares the unexpected lessons she learned during a year filled with major family transitions, health challenges, and a complete re-evaluation of what success really means. After a health crisis landed her in the emergency room last fall, Camille was forced to slow down, ask for help, and confront the reality that pushing harder wasn’t the answer. Through navigating motherhood, business ownership, physical recovery, and emotional processing, she discovered that growth doesn’t always look like expansion. Sometimes it looks like simplifying, healing, and learning to listen. In this episode, Camille shares: • Why growth sometimes feels like being stripped down instead of building up • The health scare that changed how she approaches work and life • Managing personal capacity and learning to say no • The challenges of navigating multiple family transitions at once • How breathwork became a powerful tool for emotional processing • What low iron, vitamin deficiencies, and hormone health taught her about wellness • The importance of getting blood work and understanding your body’s unique needs • How she uses her Oura Ring to track sleep, stress, and recovery • Why clarity creates confidence in both life and business • The surprising power of slowing down and receiving support Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, feeling overwhelmed, or simply trying to balance business and family life, this episode serves as a reminder that your health, energy, and well-being matter. 306: Building From Scratch (Twice): What Failure Taught Me About Success

Send us Fan Mail What if you didn’t have to choose between building a successful business and being present in your life? In this episode of Call Me CEO, I sit down with Arvi Carkanji, founder and CEO of Elite Talent Recruiting, a boutique headhunting firm helping high-growth startups hire top-tier talent. But Arvi’s story isn’t a straight path to success. She moved to the United States at 17 with no safety net, put herself through college cleaning houses and babysitting, built a business that failed… and then made the decision to start over. And this time, she built differently. In just a few years, she’s grown a thriving business with a 92% retention rate and become a trusted partner to founders and executives—but what makes this conversation so powerful isn’t just the success. It’s the honesty. We talk about failure, starting from scratch, competing in a saturated industry, and the very real tension of building a business while raising a child. If you’ve ever wondered if you can really “have both”… this episode will give you a grounded, honest perspective on what that actually looks like.
