Loved listening to this episode. My husband & I are 71 & really try to stay healthy. It’s very easy to go off the wagon! I do not take any meds only vitamin supplements from the health food store. I do have a problem with cholesterol but don’t want to start taking a pill! My husband is on a cholesterol pill but is very good with exercise/food. Very rarely drink alcohol. My parents lived till 91. Born & raised in England so lots of tea lol Again many thanks for sharing such great information like this!

Thanks for having Dr. Johnathan Weir on this week. I found him very informative and learned a lot about how we can all improve our own health. Keep up the good work with your podcast! ❤️

Love that Johnathan remembers the Log Drivers Waltz cartoon! Mayim, all kids from Ontario during the 80’s know this cartoon. Haha it was produced by the National Film Board. I love the wide variety of topics, the interesting guests, and the humour. Keep up the good work, eh?
