Sophie Grace Homes was born with Cystic Fibrosis a condition that when she was younger was considered a condition that leads to a shorter lifespan. Determined to make the most of her time Sophie dedicated herself to her love of adventure climbing mountains, paddle board races in shark infested waters, and marathon running. A Podcast That Stands Out

Sit Down Stand Out is great podcast with a unique focus on people who refused to quit and demonstrate resilience. Really appreciate the inspiring stories of guests who refuse to play victims. The host Ben has an amazing story himself, and this is a great pordcast from wich to draw personal inspiration!
