I never did have much knowledge or interest in classical music, but after a random chance of listening to this during a number of long drives, I’m not really invested and curious about getting deeper into it. I’d love a season 2 of this

I subscribed to Apple Music just to listen to this podcast and it’s so worth it. This podcast opens the door for me to enjoy Western Classical music. Thank you! And I hope Guy Jones will come up with more podcasts in the future for classical music appreciation.

This took me back to elementary school cause every dinner, one of our main teachers would play classical music and she read us many stories about the composers. We learned even more during the school year that was dedicated to the music history.

I very much enjoyed the series, particularly the mediaeval choral section. However, in spite of Guy Jones stating that not everything could be included, I absolutely could not believe that Rachmaninoff was not part of this. It was not the omission as much as what was chosen in his place.
