Heidi does this weird thing where she tells a story at a normal level, but then she'll suddenly yell. It's so strange. She also uses rage-inducing vocal fry at the end of EVERY sentence, and that I cannot get past. Unsubscribed.

I really like this podcast. And I really like Heidi as well. And it's really cool to hear some of the stories that inspired movies. But I hate how the movies are blatantly spoiled without warning! Everything is given away including the end. I often want to check out a movie after hearing about it on this show but then it's completely spoiled. The show could stay true to its theme without completely spoiling movies.

This podcast has so much potential! Great storytelling, wonderful tone. Interesting content. A beautiful voice, but the vocal fry at the end of each phrase is a little distracting, and the speech is a little fast. I’d be willing to have it take up more of my time to go a little slower and carry a bit more gravitas. I really really really want to listen more but the fry might drive me away.
