300 episodes

The iFanboy.com Comic Book Podcast is a weekly talk show discussing the best in current comic books. Ron, Conor and Josh will share what they loved and hated about the week's comics. With a deep, sometimes scary knowledge of the depths and intricacies of pop culture and the geek lifestyle, the conversations can spin off in many directions. While comics, graphic novels and trade paperbacks are the center of the iFanboy universe, the discussion often covers the video games, movies and TV shows which will capture the fancy of your regular comic book reader. Fun, intelligent, witty and entertaining, the iFanboy crew are just as likely to agree as argue about what's good and what's bad in superhero comics, indie comics, humorous comics, and important graphic novels as well as the creators, writers and artists behind them. We've even occasionally been in the same room as guys like Brian Michael Bendis, Darwyn Cooke, Kurt Busiek, Warren Ellis, Jim Lee, Joe Quesada, Steve Dillon, Kevin Smith, Stan Lee and others. It was a big room, but we were in it. This podcast is so good, you don't even need to read comic books to enjoy it, but it's a lot better if you do.

Talksplode #92 - Gene Luen Yang

Thanks to iFanboy Patrons, it's Talksplode time.

The folks at iFanboy have been big fans of Gene Luen Yang's cartooning for a good long time. From his groundbreaking, award winning American Born Chinese, to a stint on Superman and New Super-Man, a take on a Chinese version of the character, to Avatar: The Last Airbender, the massive Boxers and Saints, and now a new run of Shang-Chi for Marvel, seeing Yang's name on a comic means it will be worth reading. With his newest book, Dragon Hoops, from First Second Press recently release, Josh couldn't wait to get to talk to the writer, artist and certified MacArthur genius about his vast body of work and how he goes about it.

If it works I won't report it ,

I’ve been listening to the show for about two years now...

iFanboy is simply the best comic book review podcast out there. The host dynamic is second to none. My suggestion for the G.I. Joe podcast is Yo Splode!

soda.pup ,

This is it

This is the one comics podcast to listen to. Josh, Conor, and the rest have been in my life for over ten years and I would never change it. I’ve been thinking about writing this review since about March 2010.

King_Mob_84 ,

Couple a jamokes!

Been a regular listener since 2008, so I’ve been thinking about this review for 11 years.
Lit’rally the best comic review pod in all the known multiverses.
