    In this episode of the In Query, we discuss Tech Interviews and Project Management. Lewis is a developer at Ericsson Canada, focusing on cloud technologies and performance metric observability. He grew up in Ottawa and was admitted into UofT after high school for social sciences before he decided that that path was not for him and ended up transferring to Carleton's computer science co-op program which he graduated from in 2020. Although he's experienced a lot of roadblocks on his way to landing his first full-time job at Ericsson, he has found great joy in his work, especially when it comes to seeking student talent and hiring co-ops for his own team and being able to work alongside them while gaining fresh perspectives. -- Make sure to follow us to stay in the loop!
