Everyone gets confused sometimes. There can be various reasons for this. Sometimes it´s unlikely events, sometimes it´s a lack of concentration. But sometimes it´s also the dubious views of some people that confuse us and leave us with a question mark.

It is precisely this feeling that Kolja picks up on in his new EP “Acid Schwurbler” and transports it into an audible experience. His sounds are often on the edge of comprehensibility, but at the same time they arouse interest because they are difficult to categorize.

Live recording from Afrika Burn 2024

Heute haben wir die in Berlin residierende DJ und Musikproduzentin MINJA zu Gast auf KataHaifisch. Für diesen ausgesprochen schönen Anlass hat sie ihr Live-Recording vom AfricaBurn mitgebracht. Bereits ab der ersten Minute fängt das Set genau die richtige Stimmung für diese Veranstaltung ein. Erinnerungen an die drückende Hitze der Savanne und die endlosen Weiten der Steppe werden geweckt und musikalisch ansprechend untermalt.

After already releasing the second-ever EP on our label a few years ago, we are very delighted to now present the new album from our loyal companion Antaares, titled "Aquelarre."

It is packed with 7 summery tracks in the typically groovy, bouncy style of our charming Mexican friend.The tracks radiate a vibrant atmosphere, instantly putting the listener in a holiday mood, perfect for relaxed afternoons or lively nights. The album shines with its variety of sounds while clearly bearing the distinctive signature of Antaares.

The mastering, as always, was contributed by Haunted Water, and the graphic embellishment by Kilian Van De Water. We wish you a lot of joy listening to it.
