Best Ever!

This is the most amazing podcast. It is life changing. It sets the tone for my day. The content is packed with ancient insight and wisdom and the latest scientific research. I have found myself using tools I’ve learned though the different sessions to coach my daughter out of her anxiety attacks a few times.
I’m grateful to have found it. Not only am I benefiting from it, but I’m able use it to serve my loved ones too!

Last 8% is my new morning routine

Since a kid, I have always had issues with sitting still. I like the approach of meditating while being active. It’s a great way to start the morning!
