Let Me Overthink About... All the Things!

In my thirtieth and final episode of season one, I am joined by my pals Michelle McCann and Alicia Simms as we overthink about ALL THE THINGS.

Michelle and Alicia return to the podcast (this time together!) to take a deep dive with me into season one. Let Me Overthink About... Sobriety

    Let Me Overthink About... Sobriety

In my twenty-ninth episode, I am joined by Riley Winsor as we overthink about SOBRIETY.

Riley is 24 years of age and originally from Cape Breton but made the move to Truro during his early teen years. He is now a barista and yoga teacher here in Truro and has settled into this little community quite well. When he’s not slinging coffees or guiding people through vinyasas, he can be found frolicking through the many amazing trails of Victoria Park and actively getting his sh*t together. Whether that be deep diving into self-reflection or working up a sweat however he can that day - there’s never a dull moment and always work to be done.

After many years of over-the-top partying and letting loose, Riley has recently rebranded as a self-improvement junkie and feels as though he has a new lease on life thanks to his past 7 months of sobriety. Riley is an open book when it comes to his journey with sobriety and struggles with addiction over the past 10 years and has learned through his own personal experience that the best way to get through these issues is to talk about them.

Be kind. Always.

This podcast makes you think about important topics and Sam’s outlook really resonates with me. I love her view of the world around us and our community is lucky to have her wisdom.

HFXHeather ,

LOVE the show!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Sam, for pouring your heart into these lovely episodes. As a fellow chronic over-thinker, it’s so great to listen to others dealing with the same struggles and coming up with solutions. Can’t wait to listen to more episodes.
