Good Mental Health Awareness Pod

This use to be a podcast that I looked forward to every single week. It was my all time favourite to listen to. Most of the topics are relatable to most people (including myself).
At one point, I felt so touched by Taylor’s podcast (like alot of the other pods as well!), that I actually wrote into her, and didn’t think much of her reading it. Never mind reading it on the pod.
Surprisingly to me, she ended up reading my comment I sent in to her! I was so excited, I felt so connected to the show and didn’t just feel like another fan.. She read my comment and made a point of saying that she was going to get back to me and send back a response.
What I sent in, I made myself very vulnerable, because it was things that I don’t share very often.
Taylor never ended up getting back to me, and at that point, I felt like just another fan and like my option was just getting used for the show.
I’ll be honest, I’ve tried to listen to another pod, but I haven’t been able to do so since. Because of that disconnect and lack of reaching out to fans that do pour there hearts out. I do understand that you get many many fans reach out to you, just don’t get there hopes up that you’ll give them advice back, and don’t follow through 😊

If your into mental health, it’s a great podcast for awareness and good conversations and different points of views.
It was just a turn off for me, and i was just disappointed about the promise that you made to the fans, but couldn’t fulfil it with me.

Doing Good

Hello Taylor and Kit! I have really enjoyed listening to your podcasts the last few weeks. Taylor I first saw you on the bachelor/ bip and it is so refreshing to see a former contestant use their platform to talk and educate others on something they are passionate about. I am a social worker, so I can really relate to the discussions/ they are applicable to my personal and professional life. I also really enjoyed your active minds talk and how you discussed the connection with your profession/ the bachelor world.
Thanks so much for what you guys are doing :)
